ØWhen you purchase our products, please make sure to get the official purchase invoice from the dealer and keep the proof of purchase. The warranty start date of our products is based on the purchase date indicated on the purchase invoice. If you cannot produce the above proof, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from the date of its manufacture.
ØAfter you receive our products, you can log in our website or WeChat public number and find the relevant small program QR code to do the equipment binding, so that our company can better provide you with after-sales service. When you bind the equipment, please enter the unique equipment factory number and complete the user registration.
ØWhen the product you purchased breaks down, you can apply for warranty service at the product purchase office with the purchase invoice and warranty card and other valid documents. You can also contact our customer service department directly when you can't reach the dealer.
ØThe warranty service is limited to the main unit, including ratchet disc assembly, large and small leg bracket assembly, foot plate, caster disc assembly, the warranty period is 1 year; the warranty period for wear and tear consumable parts, including the elastic rope of exoskeletal tendons, is 6 months.
ØThe above service commitment only applies to the products sold by our company in mainland China. If you have purchased an extended warranty from our company, please provide the certificate of the extended warranty, our company can do the corresponding warranty service for you within the extended warranty.
ØWe will not be responsible for any other promises made by the dealer to the customer that are not guaranteed by our company. Please ask the dealer for written proof at the time of purchase so that the dealer can honor the additional promises made to you.
